You just need to add connector pieces. They attach the part that would otherwise fall out to the rest of the stencil. (and still make the image look good).

I saw a video of yours and I am interested in making t-shirts with stencils. So I if you do have time to answer this, 1)how much time does it get to make the t-shirt suppose you already have the pattern? (is it needed to dry?)
2) Is there any danger for the ones who make the t-shirt
3)Any danger for the ones who wear it?
4)What kind of paint do you use?
Thank you for your time

don’t you need to iron it after for the paint to stick? I use acrylics, I need to do that… never tried spraycans, so I’m just curious.

Is there a type of spray paint that is permanent, even if washed many times? And if I wash the shirt with other clothes.. does the spraypaint smudge on other clothes in the washer?

If you’re gonna spray paint a t-shirt I’d do it in a well ventilated area..or you know…outside?
and even then if you’re doing a lot of spraypainting it might be a good investment to get a mask or something of the sort.

all typical spray paint is permanent, but it does fade.
And I’ve never had a spray paint tee (that was dry) ruin any of my other clothes in the wash.

you can also use aqua flo or creatix paints for the shirts, they are water based arcrylics made specifically for shirts, but you will have to heatset them to make them permanent.

I have been stenciling shirts for a while now. I design my shirts in Illistrator and cut them with a vinyl plotter. No x-acto blades and no tape, or overspray for that matter. plus i have found a foam brush and acrylic paint works better than a spray can.

ENAMEL works great for t-shirts…just about any spray paint will work. Acrylic house paint even works…let it dry and iron it in…..
