They go into full production when a winner is decided, the bogus few dozen loser samples are trashed or dontaed as a tax write off. I work at a Sporting Goods place & just had to answer this for a customer. We do one of two thinge here, we wait to have a close out sale & sell them all of $1.00 or we will donate them to Children that have almost nothing at all, they don't care what it says as long as it is clean & it fits them.
